Can I come to your location?

We do not have a retail store or office location that you can come to.

The addresses displayed in our ads and on our website are for mailing use only.

Our service is strictly mobile.

We can meet at a variety of locations, your office, residence, coffee shop, hospital, nursing home , hotel, airport

How much do you charge for your services?

Our fees vary based on the notary service(s) needed and your location

We can give you a price when you contact us

How soon can you get here?

Generally 45-60 minutes from when you contact us we can meet with you.

Regular business hours are 7 days a week, 7 am to 8 pm

We are available weekends and evenings.

What area(s) do you cover?

We will travel to locations in Rochester NY, Monroe, Ontario, Livingston, Wayne and Orleans Counties.

Can Mobile Notary Service notarize a NY Power of Attorney form?

Yes Many of our clients frequently need  NYS notary and witness services when completing the New York Power of Attorney documents.

We travel to nursing homes, hospitals and private residences.

What are your terms?

Payment can be made using credit card or cash.

What is a Mobile Notary Public?

A Mobile Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the New York Secretary of State to serve as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgements, administering oaths, affirmations, and performing notarial acts authorized by law. The notary will travel to the signers location and Notarize documents.
