U.S. employers must have completed properly Form I-9 for each person hired for employment in the USA. They have to include all citizens and noncitizens.
The employee and employer (or authorized representatives of the employer) have to complete the I-9 form. Mobile Notary Service notaries will sign as an authorized representative.
The employee must attest to their employment authorization to work on the form I-9.
The employee will also present documents that are listed as acceptable for evidence of identity verification and employment authorization.
The Notary Public as a Company Authorized Representative will examine all of the documents to determine if they are genuine and are related documentation of the employee.

Employers will have to keep Form I-9 for a designated time period as well as make it available to be ininspected by government officers when requested.
